i-Recreate: the New App for Bus Lines
An innovative application called i-Recreate was developed. The application aims to make bus travel more convenient and interesting. It helps the public transport user by allowing him to monitor the actual location of buses in the area (for certain bus lines the application is currently in pilot mode), the location of bus stops, as well as the bus occupancy in real time!
The i-Recreate application was developed as part of the RECREATE research project, which is funded by the "Innovation Investment Plans" of the Region of Central Macedonia and is carried out by the technological applications development company Consortis Geospatial, the Laboratory of Transport Engineering AUTH and ΚΤΕΛ Θεσσαλονίκης ΑΕ.
The application is available for mobile phones/tablets (mobile app) on Android and iOS through the Play store and App store respectively. Download it and navigate the new reality!Photographs
